Read. Rest.
Repeat.
At book[ed]. we plan genre-themed retreats for people who love reading but don't take it too seriously. Good books, great settings, and plenty of space to do as much—or as little—as you like.
Come solo, bring your crew, or sneak away and be your own main character.

Hi, I'm
Kim.
I've been hooked on books my whole life but when I read A Tree Grows in Brooklyn in the 9th grade, I began to think of reading as a portal to new places.
Years later, I was deep in to a career in entertainment marketing, and books turned into proposals and pitch decks.
Then my daughter came along, and bedtime stories became our nightly ritual which reminded me of my love of reading.
Now with book[ed]. I want to create space to slow down, get lost in great stories, and recharge.
A Sagittarius sun with a Gemini moon, I'm a curious traveler and my inner circle's go-to for off-the-grid itineraries and book recos. I've lived in nearly every major city from New York to Washington DC to Miami to San Francisco and now, Los Angeles. I attempt to balance life with my husband, daughter, and a silly tonkinese cat, Rocky.
