This Privacy Policy applies to the use of your personal data obtained by us, whether from you directly or from a third party.

We make no representations that our Content, retreats, or services are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. The Site is operated in the United States. By using the Site and/or providing us with any data, you consent to this transfer, processing, and storage of your data in the United States, a jurisdiction in which the privacy laws may not be as comprehensive as those in the country where you are located such as the UK, EU or EEA. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the age of 13.
